This Return Policy explains how VANTYRE handles return and exchange requests for lab grown diamonds, fine jewelry, custom jewelry, and wholesale-related orders. Return eligibility may vary depending on product type, customization, order status, inspection result, and the reason for the request.

Return Eligibility

Return eligibility may depend on whether the item is ready-made, customized, specially sourced, modified, engraved, resized, or purchased through a wholesale quotation.

Before approving any return, VANTYRE may need to review the order details, product condition, delivery record, photos, videos, and reason for the request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, especially if they are custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, specially sourced, made-to-order, or produced according to customer-specific requirements.

Wholesale orders, special sourcing orders, and confirmed quotation-based orders may also have limited return eligibility unless otherwise agreed in writing before order confirmation.

Custom Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry requests may involve design review, production planning, diamond selection, metal preparation, size confirmation, and other customer-specific details.

Because these products are prepared based on individual requirements, custom jewelry orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started or the order has been confirmed.

Loose Diamonds and Certified Stones

Loose diamonds and certified stones should be inspected carefully upon delivery. Certificate number, shape, carat, color, clarity, cut, measurements, and other key details should match the confirmed order information.

Any concern about diamond specifications should be reported promptly with clear photos, videos, certificate details, and order reference information.

Inspection After Delivery

Customers should inspect the package and product condition as soon as possible after delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or abnormal, please take photos or videos before opening.

For jewelry and diamond items, please keep the original packaging, certificate, tags, courier label, and any related documents until the order has been fully checked.

Return Request Process

To request a return or exchange review, please contact VANTYRE with your order information, product details, reason for the request, and supporting photos or videos where applicable.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from VANTYRE. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for the return, order type, destination, product condition, and whether the return has been approved in advance.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, or other related charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe that an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or different from the confirmed order details, please contact VANTYRE as soon as possible with photos, videos, packaging details, and order information.

VANTYRE will review the situation and may provide further instructions based on the order details and available evidence.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, the refund method, processing time, and applicable deductions may depend on the original payment method, order type, return condition, shipping charges, transaction fees, and any previously agreed terms.

Refunds may only be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved where applicable.

Exchanges and Adjustments

In some cases, VANTYRE may offer exchange, repair, adjustment, resizing, or other support instead of a return, depending on the product type and issue.

Any exchange or adjustment option should be confirmed with VANTYRE before the customer sends back the product or makes additional arrangements.

Wholesale and Special Orders

Wholesale orders, bulk orders, account-based quotations, and special sourcing requests may follow different return and exchange conditions due to product reservation, sourcing cost, production planning, and business-to-business terms.

Please confirm wholesale return conditions before confirming payment or order production.

Lifetime After-Sales Service

VANTYRE provides lifetime after-sales support for eligible jewelry pieces, including professional inspection, cleaning, polishing, refinishing, engraving support, customization review, and complimentary ring resizing when applicable.

Complimentary ring resizing means the resizing service fee may be waived when the design allows. Shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and other transportation-related costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty & Care Review

Each VANTYRE jewelry piece is inspected before delivery. We support review for manufacturing-related issues in materials or craftsmanship.

Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, improper care, chemical exposure, impact damage, stone loss caused by external force, or third-party repairs are not covered as manufacturing defects.
