Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. Custom jewelry requests can be reviewed based on design details, reference images, diamond selection, metal preference, ring size, engraving requirements, and production feasibility.

Can I upload a reference image for custom jewelry?

Yes. You may submit a reference image or design idea through the custom jewelry inquiry process. Our team can review the style, diamond requirements, metal choice, and production details before providing further communication or quotation.

How long does sourcing or production take?

The timeline depends on the product type, diamond availability, customization requirements, order quantity, and shipping destination. Most jewelry items are made to order, and production time is usually 7–10 business days before shipping. Loose diamonds, confirmed diamond orders, or special sourcing orders may be processed faster when available, while custom jewelry, ring size adjustments, engraving, wholesale orders, or special requirements may require additional confirmation time.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available depending on the order, destination, courier options, insurance requirements, and customs conditions. Final shipping details will be confirmed before payment or order processing.

Can I request ring size or special requirements?

Yes. You can include ring size, engraving, metal color, diamond size, wrist size, delivery notes, or other special requirements during order communication. Custom or special requirements should be confirmed before production or shipment.

Do you offer lifetime after-sales service?

Yes. VANTYRE provides lifetime after-sales support for eligible jewelry pieces, including professional inspection, cleaning, polishing, refinishing, engraving support, customization review, and complimentary ring resizing when applicable.

Is ring resizing free?

Complimentary ring resizing may be available when the design allows. The resizing service fee may be waived, but shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and other transportation-related costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do you offer unconditional returns?

No. Because most VANTYRE jewelry pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case. Custom, engraved, resized, specially modified, or already-in-production items may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

What is covered under warranty review?

We support review for manufacturing-related issues in materials or craftsmanship. Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, improper care, chemical exposure, impact damage, stone loss caused by external force, or third-party repairs are not covered as manufacturing defects.
