Diamond Certification

Many diamonds may come with certificate information such as IGI or other grading details, depending on the specific stone. Certificate number, shape, carat, color, clarity, cut, measurements, and other details should be confirmed before order completion.

What a grading certificate documents

An independent gemological lab examines a diamond and records its measurable characteristics — the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat weight), along with precise measurements and, for lab-grown stones, its method of growth. The certificate isn't the diamond itself; it's a third-party record you can check the physical stone against.
